The time has come for business leaders and regulators to acknowledge the value of equity, and work to correct the unequal access to capital experienced by women across the globe. But achieving this will require both large and small solutions many of which need to transform our current governance and institutional structures that currently do not support women in leadership positions. This report is a surface look at some of those solutions while carving a path for the insurance industry to take a leading role in this work.
